Work Package 1

The management activities in WP1 focus on the coordination of the CoE RAISE from the administrative, technical, and financial point of view. The management is responsible for implementing the appropriate reporting and reviewing mechanisms. It ensures that the milestones of the CoE are reached and that deliverables are provided timely. The technical developments of the CoE RAISE are controlled to ensure that the envisaged goals, also with respect to the business model, are reached. Potential realignment of the technical developments and decision making is carried out such that beneficial objectives of synergetic projects are met. The management is also the communication channel between the partners of the consortium, to the EC, and to potential partners from industry/SMEs.
